Welcome to the A is for Apple podcast, an encyclopedia of food and drink that takes a deep dive into our food and drink culture letter by letter, hosted by Dr Neil Buttery , Dr Allie Pino and Sam Bilton.
Each season we’ll be covering a specific letter. We’ve given ourselves free reign to interpret the brief in any way we like. In every episode we’ll each choose a topic starting with the season’s letter. Our choices may be as obvious as A is for Apple or a little more niche like a person, process, event or tradition. Whatever subjects we select we aim to provide some surprises along the way.
